What if you went to a doctor's office and they started prescribing you medication before they knew what was bothering you? What if the doctor started asking: does your head hurt, do you have a sore back, does your butt itch... before you could say a word. It makes no sense to offer customers things they did not ask for or do not need. Ask you customers want they want and then give it to them. It will make you both happier if you listen first.
