Look Up
For this visit, I was still feeling anxious. But as you can see from the picture above, this is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. God told me to “look up.” I gazed skyward into a big beautiful canopy of blue.
I immediately felt better.
There is something about being stuck in my head and looking down all the time. Or even staying indoors. It is not good for my mental health.
So now if I am freaking out a little, I go outside and look up at the sky and I feel better.
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.”
