November 30: Deal or No Deal

There are 4 basic paradigms of human interaction:

  1. Win-Lose: I win, you lose
  2. Lose-Win: I let you win
  3. Lose-Lose: Nobody gets their way
  4. Win-Win: We both win
Lose-Lose is no good for anyone, but the first two end up being Lose-Lose eventually anyway. So if you are working with someone it needs to be a Win-Win or no deal.
