Don't Eat the Brown Fries

McDonald's is being sued for having wheat and milk products in their french fries. Are people upset that there is something healthy in there? No, the problem is that they were questioned in the past if the fries were safe for people with food allergies and McDonald's said yes.

Which one is worse, that they knew and lied, or that they did not know what they were serving?
