Good Days / Bad Days

Good days, bad days — bad days don’t last. Seasons change.

“…weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.”
— Psalm 30:5 (NIV)

Shepherd’s Note

Psalm 30 puts weeping and rejoicing in the same short sentence, and it gets the order right. Weeping may stay for the night, but it is a guest, not the owner of the house. Morning is coming, not because bad days are unreal, but because GOD has never let one be final for His people. If today is a bad day, let it be a day, not a verdict. Hold on through the night. Joy has an appointment with you at sunrise.
