Seek and You Will Find
Seek and you will find. Is GOD real? Seek the answers. Seek the truth. Not sure if GOD is real? Call out to him and ask him to reveal himself and see what happens.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
Shepherd’s Note
Jesus does not speak to casual curiosity in Matthew 7. He speaks to seekers, and His verbs grow bolder as they go: ask, seek, knock. That is a promise for people wondering whether GOD is real and whether He welcomes their questions. He does. Honest seeking is not a threat to faith; it is often the doorway into it, provided we actually want the truth more than we want to win. Keep asking, and keep listening for an answer that may rearrange you. The door Jesus describes was made to be opened.
