Water
Water , need it to survive and thrive, but we need living water even more.
“…whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
Shepherd’s Note
Jesus spoke these words to a woman who came to a well carrying both a jar and a thirsty life. Well water runs out by evening, and she knew about returning again and again to things that never finally satisfied. What He offers is different in kind: water that becomes a spring within, His own life given by the Spirit, renewing from the inside. You still come to Him daily, but not as a stranger begging at a distance. The source has moved in. Drink deeply today, and let that living water rise.
